Do I need a passport?
You will require a passport for our cruises that stop at Boldt Castle (Boldt Castle Cruise and Two Castle Tour.)
Passports are not required for any of our other sight-seeing cruises.
Should I make a reservation?
We require reservations for our lunch and dinner cruises, as well as the Two-Castle Tour. We require a credit card at the time of booking in order to reserve your space.
Reservations for other cruises are recommended but not necessary.
Reservations for one-hour cruises are not required for groups under 10.
What payment types are accepted?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, cash, and debit transactions.
How do I get to Rockport Boat Line?
How to Find Rockport Boat Line…
From the West (Toronto/Kingston):
Follow Highway 401 east to Interchange 659 (Lansdowne).
Take Interchange then turn right onto Reynolds Road to 1000 Islands Parkway.
Turn left on Parkway and proceed 3.2 km/2 miles to Rockport.
From the East (Montreal/Brockville):
Follow Highway 401 west to Interchange 685
(1000 Island Parkway Exit).
Turn left onto Parkway and
proceed 20 km to Rockport.
This is a very scenic route.
From New York State:
Cross Into Canada via
the 1000 Islands International Bridge.
Follow 1000 Islands Parkway East and
proceed 3.2 km/2 miles to Rockport
From Gananoque:
Follow 1000 Islands Parkway
east 19.2 km/12 miles to Rockport.
This is a very scenic route.
When are you open?
Our season starts mid-April and runs seven days a week until October 31st. Specific dates and times vary depending on the cruise selected.
How long are the tours?
Tours last one hour and run every hour, on the hour from 9am to 5pm. Lunch Cruises last 2 hours and Sunset Dinner Cruises run for three hours.
Do you accept large groups?
We specialize in large group tours and offer volume discounts.
What do I need to bring?
We suggest wearing weather-appropriate clothing and sunscreen for the tour. Our Ship’s General Store carries disposable cameras, film and other items of use. We also offer full meal service in our Island View Restaurant and Patio Bar, as well as boxed lunches that can be eaten in our picnic area or taken away for a meal on the road. Snacks and beverages are available at our concession stands.

Are you wheelchair accessible?
Yes, our boats, general store, restaurant and washrooms are all accessible.
Do you allow pets?
Only guide dogs are allowed on the boats, general store, and dining establishments.
Do your cruises operate in the rain?
Yes, our boats have enclosed areas for rainy days. Occasionally, a cruise may be canceled or delayed due to inclement weather.
Is there a charge for parking?
No, there is no charge for parking.
Where can I pick up my tickets?
Tickets can be picked up at our Ticket Office located at 23 Front Street. We suggest arriving 30 minutes in advance of departure to pick up your tickets.
